After what seemed like pulling Teeth with progressive we finally were able to pull forward on this claim after 24 days smh

We did our part and kept customer informed about the “conflict of interest “ progressive was having!

Since both parties had progressive it made this claim a total night mare!

We stood our ground and got the customer rolling as soon as we got an approval!
