Don’t be intimidated! It’s so easy. Chop it up into smaller chunks, throw it in the crock pot on low, strain into a mason jar & you’ve got a shelf stable cooking oil by your stovetop ready to use.

Our family has been using lard & tallow exclusively in replacement of seed oils for the last two years & what a difference it has made. Less inflammation, less post-dinner belly rumbles & better flavor‼️

We will be accepting donations thru 10/18.
Everything collected will be transported down by our friend in partnership with to those in the area of Boone, North Carolina.

At this time, we have been asked for the following items: (this list is ever changing as needs for those in Boone change as well.)

•cold weather clothing of all sizes (including blankets/sleeping bags)
•hygiene products
•baby products (formula, diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets)
•first aid / medical supplies
•nonperishable food
•pet food
•chainsaws (extra chains, bar oil, premixed fuel)
•water

ALL DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, this is just the current list we have been provided. Thank you in advance to all who feel compelled to help. Items can be dropped off at the shop during business hours. Or reach out to us or Joe directly to arrange drop off!
