Wheels cleaned front to back (barrels included)
Sealant applied to wheels
Fender wells cleaned and blacked out
Tires shined and blown with an air compressor to prevent slinging
Air freshner (New car smell)
Door jams and door seals cleaned and sealant applied to all surfaces including door seals and wire protector

Interior:
Carpet
Vacuumed, Shampooed, hot water extracted .
Floor mats washed and cleaned. Treated with a uv protectant .
Leather seats cleaned and conditioned. Each individual pore on the leather was cleaned to removed debris ..
All interior surfaces were steam cleaned , disinfected and protected with a uv protectant to restore factory look. (No silicone based products used)
Headliner and sun visors cleaned
Glass cleaned and protectant applied to front windshield

We had the pleasure of working on this beautiful yacht! It took 8 long days but the results were phenomenal! Every square inch of this boat was cleaned from top to bottom! All seats, interior cabins, every cubby hole and slide box!

The Interior and Exterior gel coat was decon washed, clayed, compounded, polished, strip washed, IPA wiped and then finally Ceramic Coated from the top to the bottom! It was a pleasure meeting the owner and getting to work on this beauty!

Hey guys ! Haven’t posted anything work related in awhile. Want to let everyone know that we are dropping A Cutt Above Detail name and changing it to Detailguy Professional Detailing.

A couple of months ago the van went out on me at the same time my doctor (for autoimmune disease) started me on a new biologic. The only way I can describe how that new biologic made me feel was like Zeus hit me with his lighting bolt. My body and brain got over loaded. As hard as I tried to hold it together it was just to much.

Everything has settled down now… I got a new rig and am re- branding the business as a whole. It’s getting to be a bit overwhelming trying to do it all by myself so I am going to grow the team this year.

Going almost two months without working is hard for anyone. I am happy to say we are going to bust the doors off next week and give it all we got as long as we can until my body just won’t let me. I love what I do and I really love my customers. I believe I have some of the best in the world! I do apologize to those who haven’t heard from me in awhile. It’s difficult to explain and all I can say is I am sorry.

I look forward to version 2 of The Detailguy business . We are coming with a lot of new chemicals , brands , coatings and much more ! (Even a sister business potentially in the future)

I want to say thank you to Meghan Holliday Honeycutt for helping me and always being there for me. Always having my back and trying her best to figure out a solution to a problem. I love you so much! Michelle Walker thank you for everything you did and made it possible for version 2 to even be a thing. I love you so much and am so grateful for you! Steve Hunley for being an awesome neighbor and friend and making me do stuff on days I didn’t want to and helping me anyway he can. Tanner Edwards for always being there for me and also helping any way he can. (And always making sure something funny is going on even when I didn’t feel like laughing) Mae Honeycutt thank you for always talking to me and listening when I needed it .

And thank all of you my friends and customers that reached out to my family or me trying to figure out what was wrong. I really do appreciate it .

I look forward to where the new rig is going to take me and let the growing process begin !

(Right now you may see my trailer on a different truck , it’s a loaner . The dealership is replacing a few things for me) but it’s me !

Ceramic Coated + Interior

Every square inch of this bad boy was Coated down to the brake calipers !
Washed/clayed/chemical decon/stripped / polished / stripped again / ceramic coated.

Even brand new cars off of the lot have to be polished before a coating is applied. This thing was a beauty and definitely a pleasure to work on!

Forgot to post the pics of this Everglades boat we done a couple of weeks ago!

This bad boy was polished from top to bottom . The hull was ceramic coated and the interior was sealed. Turned out really great and glossy!

Here is a great example of a before and after interior detail! My buddies over at Site and Utility like to keep their trucks looking nice. That's hard to do when you run a construction business. Mud, dust and dirt gets everywhere ! Took a little time but I was able to reset this bad boy for them !

Got these two beautiful rides sauced and glossed !

Both were :

Exterior-
Washed, clayed , chemical decon, polished AIO, waxed/sealed.

Interior- Carpets shampood, hot water carpet extracted, all surfaces were steamed and disinfected, reconditioned with a silicone free dressing providing uv protection, door jams blown out and dressed, all seals and gaskets cleaned and conditioned.

I absolutely love how this vehicle turned out. This color always pops on another level!

Steps:
Washed, chemical decontamination, clay bar, polished, stripped and finally Ceramic Coated the Paint, Glass and Wheels!!! It turned out flawless !

. Full iInterior Detail
Dog hair removal , dog vomit removal.

I don't post interior jobs very much, but that doesn't mean we don't do them ! A poor little dog got sick in the back of this vehicle.

First we removed larger sections of puppy throw up, followed by an in depth dog hair removal process, then the entire interior was shampood, steam cleaned and lastly gone over with hot water carpet extractor.

To finish up we dropped an ozone generator in it for about 20 minutes to help kill of any remaining odor or bacteria .

I tried to put them in before and after sequence for you guys.

This absolutely gorgeous boat was washed , clayed to remove embedded contamination, compounded to remove minor defects and docking bruises, polished to bring the gloss level to maximum, stripped of all oils and polishes, finally it was ceramic coated to lock in that perfect gloss as well to add extreme protection . It turned out absolutely fantastic! Pictures really don't do it justice of what it looks like in person ! It was a lot of fun working on this boat !
