"My recent experience with your dealership was a pleasurable one to be sure. Ron was my salesperson throughout the transition from trade in to the purchase of my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He brought to light the issues I needed to be aware of about both cars regarding warranties, monthly payments, insurance and the like. He invited me to pull up a chair to view his desktop screen while he filled in the itemized documents, explaining things along the way.

"United Auto Sales was great to do business with! I initially called to check if the car I saw online was available, and had a great conversation with Paul! He was easy to talk to and gave me plenty of time and attention. Once I knew the car was there and they were nice to do business with, I took a test drive on the vehicle later that afternoon. Again in person Paul was great and never put any pressure on me to purchase the car. They explain all the financing options, and set me up with a great rate at a local credit union. When I picked up the car a week later, I dealt with Ron who was also great to work with! He explained everything and made it very easy to finalize the deal. It was like working with an old family friend. I was very happy I came across United Auto Sales. They are definitely worth looking into for your next car purchase!"

"I can’t really rate the facilities because I wasn’t there. I did everything by phone with a fantastic person named Ron. If the facilities are anything like the vehicle I received , then they are spotless and top notch. I have only positive things to say about this vehicle and sales personnel. I’ve always wanted a Shelby and now I have one. A fantastic red one at that. This vehicle was spotless and only had, believe it or not, 2816 miles on it. It still smells like new. Q: Should you warm up your car in cold weather?

A: The short answer is no, unless you have an older car with a carburetor. (They need several minutes for the right blend of air and fuel to be delivered to the engine. Without the correct blend, cars could sputter and stall.) Newer vehicles are ready in about the time it takes to put on your seat belt, 30 seconds or so. And remember, once you have started it, avoid excessive engine revving, which is no good for the engine. (This is true in warm weather, too.)

"Spoke with Ronnie and Brian on the phone prior to scheduling a test drive, both were very helpful. Drove to Delaware from York, Pa to view and test drive the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS. The Camaro was a garage kept one owner vehicle and was everything that Ronnie and Brian had described over the phone. We worked with Ronnie during the test drive and purchase of the vehicle.
