Customers truck came in not running due to ac compressor blowing apart, oil leak, and loud clunking noise. We replaced the belt, tensioner, pulleys, as well as ac compressor. We updated and repaired the upper and lower oil pan on the truck. While replacing all the parts inbetween. We also replaced the tired worn out cab mounts with new life time warranty S&b cab mounts getting this truck back on the road making money ! Almost every 6.7 gets an upper oil pan leak let us assist you on fixing this issue. We are very well diversified with the 6.7 trucks.

As this being an uncommon post for us and an uncommon truck. We have a dodge in for some big upgrades and this will be a two part post. I want to stress this post separately from the other due to its importance. As always we push quality parts that will lengthen the life of your truck while giving you performance and reliability. This Cummins is getting an upgraded grid heater from banks, grid heaters on these Cummins truck heat up hot and can cause the nut to fall off and fall in a cylinder which causes engine failure. This banks kit completely changes the configuration of this while giving the truck more air flow to breathe and in turn more power! Banks states this kit Outflows Stock By Over 88.3%. I was honestly very impressed with appearance and quality. We are offering this kit to all our Cummins owners as everyone knows we are very well known for our work on power stroke motors. We do tons of work on Cummins and Chevy on a more basic scale basic repairs and upgrades. Never be afraid to reach out to us and ask! Here’s another reminder these S&s fuel kits are a cheap easy upgrade to give you insurance and peace of mind on your 6.7 powerstrokes ! Not only do they look great under the hood they work wonders. While doing these kits we do other collateral work weather it’s cleaning the intakes of soot accumulation or for this truck fixing a small coolant leak with from the plastic t’s with an updated solid fitting ! Keeping this beautiful truck moving down the road being reliable!

A higher mile 6.7 came in with a crank no start building low high pressure fuel. We diagnosed it down to a bad high pressure pump and fuel system. Needless to say the pump was toast and with no S&s fuel kit we love to push so much the fuel system needed to be fully done. We beat the dealer price by over 4+ thousand while using all the same quality parts backed by a better warranty . We got this truck all wrapped up and back running for the customer the before and after pictures of the engine bay are truly amazing it’s hard to believe it’s still the same truck !

Another truck getting a new lease on life with some good upgrades. This truck came in with severally blown head gaskets although it was a “clean” truck we certainly know it could be better. We went down to the bones of this truck cleaning all the components we touched replacing all the gaskets and bolts that are needed. The before and after is truly astonishing. We take our time with these trucks making sure every mating surface is flat within fords perimeters as well as every single bolt we touch being torqued down to spec. We ensure the longest life out of your motor with less issues ahead. We also were able to do some small upgrades including a remote start, Bilstein leveling kit and a tune ! All of this together truly made this a truly clean truck one that should last for years to come !

Knocking two trucks out quickly for our plow customers to get their trucks back up and rolling. Putting out another used transmission for a customer as stated before we throughly inspect all used components we flush all fluid replace filters gaskets etc. to ensure the best life of our used components. We replaced both leaf springs , shackles, u bolts, and other hardware giving him a whole new rear set up!

Wrapped up another big job for an amazing customer. This 6.4 came in with bad turbos, cab mounts, oil leaks, steering box, front end, etc. we got to work getting this truck back out on the job making money ! Thanks to the help of S&b cab mounts and xdp for the amazing parts !

All everyone says is that we post the big jobs well here is your reminder we do tons of aftermarket parts accessories etc. this 2022 ford came in for a level lift setting the truck up with a classy Billstein kit with paint matched springs and reservoir shocks. Getting two ambulances in and out this week back out saving lives! From heavy duty front end components to fixing issues from other shops we strive to fix these vehicles to keep our community rolling and safe. All my 6.7 folks we are offering an upper end cleaning service on the 6.7 powerstroke trucks if your truck has over 75k miles we recommend this service as an influx in trucks with clogged map sensors and intakes. Allow your truck to breathe better and run more efficient. As of now we are offing this service for 400 out the door depending on quality of map sensor etc!

A 6.4 with a rusty underside a car dealer patched up with epoxy for a quick sale came in . Some other shop attempted to do the oil pan after realizing they were rounding every pan bolt they quickly gave up. The truck came to us with pre rounded pan bolts and a mess to handle. We got everything sorted out and the pan replaced! Keeping this truck leak free and running good ! Unfortunately rust is common on our trucks but we are equipped to tackle it properly!

This 6.4 came in with a no start situation and fuel contamination. After diagnosing we found the truck needed a high pressure fuel system. Quality parts being properly replaced with care from us. We got this 6.4 fixed up running like a top again!

On todays episode of stop letting other shops and dealers work on your trucks. Customer came in with supplied parts and diag from the dealer. After replacing the parts we found the diagnosis was wrong and after further diag we found it was just a wiper motor issue. All after the dealer told the customer the part that was broke is obsolete and ford doesn’t make it so his wipers don’t work or stay on full blast the whole time driving the truck. Thanks Ford

Out with the old and in with the new almost 10 year old stock suspension this truck was in need of a 2 inch level with new components allowing for larger tires giving it the ability to fill the wheel gap and compensate for the flares ! What a difference this made ! Let us work with you on your levels and lifts with quality knowledge and components!
