Billet Race Wheel Connect Steering rotatable wire adapter for aftermarket steering columns with quick disconnect steering wheels. Easily add 6 rotatable wires to your aftermarket steering column/quick disconnect steering wheel. Eliminates cords that wrap/unwrap around your steering column or get tangled in other equipment in your vehicle while driving. This will also allow the steering wheel to be completely removed from the vehicle if desired with the quick disconnect connector.

Unlike wireless or Bluetooth solutions, this is a direct connection reducing signal delay and inherent errors that would occur using a wireless type system. These are fully rotatable and do not have a limit on how many times it can be rotated like a typical clock spring you would find in factory vehicles. This will help with ease of installation since centering the device with the wheels straight during installation will not be necessary. Just position the Race Wheel Connect where you want and tighten the 2 column mount set screws and the steering shaft clamp.

Features:

- Black Anodized for a durable corrosion resistant finish

- Slides onto steering column and mounts to column with two set screws.

- Can be ordered for 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, and 1-3/8” columns (Working a 1-1/2” version)

- Uses a ¾” shaft collar for steering shaft mounting to a ¾” steering shaft. Needs a minimum of 0.7” of shaft available for the shaft mount to clamp too.

- Slides over quick disconnect splines less than the chosen steering column diameter. This allows for installation into existing steering columns setups that already have the splined weld ends welded to the steering shaft.

- 6 rotatable wires rated for 8 Amps. Allows for up to 5 buttons with current sharing of a single ground/power signal or up to 3 separate buttons.

-Easy to use rugged Lemo Push/Pull connector with 36” of wire to connect to your steering wheel electronics

- Column side has 12” of wire to connect into your vehicles electronic devices.

Today i make a post i never have had to make ever. Before covid, we were growing at a very great rate, increasing every year, and working on improving our products as well as our processes. We have even worked very hard to get alot of product on the shelf.

Well today, i shed some light on some bitter truth, with covid, our sales have dropped off at a tremendous rate. We have worked very hard to get our new website user friendly, products in stock for faster shipping and so forth. I guess i am making this post asking anyone who has been on the fence of using some of our products to give us a chance. We also have weld tags we can do for your fabrication business.

Let us not forget we can probably save you money if you let us manufacture your production products for you. I have a second mill that could use some work also.
