Another before and after on this Toyota Kluger, Another Return client, Even though this client was at fault we organised a replacement vehicle to drive and lucky we did as the accident happen in January and the insurance company (auto and general) also known as Budget took around 6-7 weeks to assess the vehicle, Another reason why cheap insurance is not always the best option, If you need any insurance advice or repairs please get in contact with us

📖🤓Please read 🤓📖
A quick appreciation post
-Firstly to our customers we appreciate your patience as we are fairly far behind with our quotes and getting back to some of you as we have a lot of work on but please know that everyone is in line to be booked in and also are a bit understaffed for the size we have grown to but saying that great staff are hard to find so we rather stick with high quality than quantity.
Never would i have thought that when I brought the business in 2017 that we would be this busy and grow to so many reccomendations for work, The shop is always full and at the moment its feels like 2 cars go and 4 cars turn up - no complaints about this just we like to keep our high standard of work and keep our clients 😊.
-Secondly a massive thank you to our staff that work hours and hours to get the work done at the moment, Most of us are all working anywhere from 50-60 hours a week to get the jobs done, The shop wouldn’t be where it is with out the boys putting in these hours 🙏
This doesn’t mean we don’t take on more work it just means please be patient with all of us as we can only do what we can and thanks everyone again for the support
-Lastly thank you to my partner for supporting me no matter how many hours i do and looking after our family and keeping our house a loving home 🥰 this is one main thing that keeps the business going

Another Not at fault claim that we handled from start to finish, This was a reccomendation from a good friend of the shop, We appreciate referrals as it keeps us all busy, We not only handled the claim, We also organised an accident replacement vehicle, Picked up and delivered the replacement car to the owners home, cleaned and detailed the vehicle and completed some extra touch ups around the car.

Another not at fault claim we finished, Being an import vehicle this took 8 weeks to get brand new genuine parts from japan and the owner wanted the car fixed and not make it a total loss so lucky we organised a replacement vehicle for the duration of repairs, we also fully detailed and cleaned the car before giving back to our client,

Yesterday we helped out multiple clients all from around Keilor area that had graffiti sprayed on their vehicles, the top one we have obviously covered the words as it’s disgusting what someone thinks is ok to do to peoples vehicles, We did this at NO charge to clients that we don’t even know just because it so wrong and can’t imagine driving around with this type of stuff on the cars, If you have been a victim of obviously the same group please let us know and we will help you out

Our client had an at fault claim and also had “CHOICE OF ANY REPAIRER” and came to us with this brand new Honda ZRV, We helped with the claim process, organised an accident replacement vehicle (New parts were 4 weeks from Honda) we still kept the client in the replacement vehicle so they had transport to get around, repaired the car and got it back to them asap
